Automated flight scheduling
Cumulus allocates each lesson to an instructor and an aircraft while respecting every qualification, the aircraft's remaining potential, instructor duty limits and airfield restrictions (maximum number of circuits, working-area allocation). It distributes hours fairly between students, or prioritises a course to meet end dates and progression deadlines. On every schedule change or cancellation, the plan adapts so no slot is wasted. You choose how much to delegate — full or partial automation — and you can restrict an instructor pool or reserve first flights and recurring flights to a mentor instructor (sponsor/tutor).
AI-augmented scheduling
Optionally, Cumulus calls on AI to estimate the success probability of each mission type and prioritise accordingly — for example switching to IFR, simulator or theory when poor weather is forecast, factoring in ceiling and crosswind forecasts.
AI student-file analysis
In one click, the instructor gets an AI analysis of the student's file: strengths, recurring difficulties and recommendations — for a better-prepared briefing and fairer follow-up.

Instructor bonus management, scheduling, time clock and an API link to the main payroll software: the whole administrative side in one place.
Complete mission planning
Prepare your navigations directly in Cumulus from an information-fusion map (airspace, NOTAMs, SUP AIP, military-zone activation, weather). Edit the navigation log / operational flight plan and integrate it into the flight briefing.
